Wade
Head Collection-MSS 118
This collection includes correspondence, notes, speeches, and essays
relating to the War Relocation Authority (WRA) camps in general
and specifically to the one in Poston, AZ. Wade Head was the director
of the Colorado River War Relocation Center (known as Poston) from
1942-1944. Of interest in the collection is original artwork by
the internees and a movie about the construction of the camp.

Frances and Mary Montgomery were teachers at Butte High School located
at the Gila River Relocation Center. This collection includes correspondence
with former students, class information, and newspaper articles.
